NACA is an excellent program.  Our experience through the buying process was exhausting and frustrating to the point of tears at times.  But with the help of our amazing realtor Elizabeth Gebhardt, escrow counselor and NACA mortgage counselor Kraig, we persevered.  The entire process from home buyers workshop to the closing date today has taken 8.5 months.  To be able to walk away with our first home and only have a 3.0% interest rate and NO PMI is absolutely amazing!  there is no comparison out there like this.  After all the tears, frustration, patience, and ups & downs, we can definitely say this has been worth it!  We now get to establish ourselves and put down good solid roots in the up and coming city of Menifee for ourselves and children!
