I had a wonderful experience with the NACA office- the counselors as well as the realtor were excellent.  I followed the instructions and guidance that I received from the mortgage counselor at least 6 months prior to the closing.  I was sure to ask questions and never felt unsupported or misinformed.  When you do your part, things on the financial side go smoothly.  Hyacinth was true to her word.  The real estate agent, Yvonne was also outstanding.  She was patient and was always available to me; willing to rearrange her schedule to see how she could “fit in” a showing.  I needed t close within a certain time frame and was discouraged at times.  Yvonne kept me encouraged and positive; reassured me always that I would find a house of my liking.  I absolutely did!! It was a wonderful experience.  I would highly recommend the program- Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!
