Hello, my name is Quan Usher and I’m here at the NACA office located here in Atlanta. And I just closed on my home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I just want to give some affirmations because I know there are a lot of people who are in the middle of their NACA journey. I started my own personal NACA journey in 2023 around the same time September. So it’s been a little over a year. I doubted myself, but I had an amazing agent who assisted me every step along the way and an amazing mortgage counselor, Maria Aldridge. And NACA has no short of staff and amazing counselors and agents that will fight for you. So if you’re in the middle of this process, and you’re thinking that it wasn’t possible for you, or it wasn’t possible for you to have a home, I can assure you there is a home waiting for you with NACA. And I can say I’m a proud homeowner of a Multifamily Quadplex at the young age of 26 years old. And it’s my birthday!
