It’s a condominium a duplex. I’m so excited. My mortgage payment the principal and interest is about $1500 dollars a month. The biggest thing that I’ve taken away from this is that I am able to save money when I actually put my mind to doing it and it’s really not that hard. That’s something that I plan on keeping up after this process is done.
