My name is Jerome Tomlin. I am closing today. My Interest rate was 4.75%. I’m very excited. I’m relieved that it’s all finalized and just very excited about the move in. Loving the new home because it’s ownership, having ownership of something. It’s just a phenomenal thing and being able to take pride in something that you own and just the features behind it as well as the neighborhood and what it has to offer for my children. It’s a game changer. It also allowed me to get in the game of owning the home, which is very, very, very difficult these days. So it’s definitely a door that has really opened to allow for me to be able to pass generational wealth to my children in the future. We are delighted, very excited.
