NACA is an amazing program, but you have to have patience and perseverance.  My counselor, Esau Davis, did a great job of walking me through everything and making sure my file was completed properly.  The incentives offered by NACA (no down payment, great interest rate) makes it all worth it.  Thank you NACA for making me a homeowner!
