Smith – Single

I started this process optimistic but hesitant all at the same time. The most important thing I learned from my counselor, Alfred Turner, was organization.  No matter what, if I was going to make it to the finish line, I had to be organized.  So one Pendaflex, 3 paper folders, and a new printer later, I am here today signing my closing documents on my new home!  This process was long and at times demanding but well worth it.
