I am a new homeowner. This time last year I never would have dreamed that those words would describe me but here I am. The NACA process was both educational and rewarding. During the application process I learned a great deal about real estate and all the other elements that go into purchasing a home. I also learned how to take control of my personal finances and place myself in the best position with the help of my mortgage counselor. Since closing I have recommended NACA to both my family and friends. I always tell them that no other program can “beat NACA”. I would just like to thank NACA and the local NACA staff for the experience and helping me become a homeowner.
