I’m here in New York. I’ve already just signed all of my paperwork, and I’m ready to become a first-time homeowner. As you can see, keys are all ready to go. Working with NACA has been an exciting experience. I decided to want to leave NACA and try to just get it on my own. And once I got out there trying to figure that out, I figured out that it was going to be almost, very difficult, not to say impossible, but extremely difficult, which led me back to NACA multiple times. And I got to the point that I just said, you know what, let me stick to it. Let me just follow every last instruction given to me by my counselor, working with my agent. After seeing multiple properties and understanding the intricacies of what it takes to actually qualify, it’s led me to the recent two-family home that I recently purchased. And I’m very excited.
