It’s a townhome, a three-bedroom, two and a half bath. It’s in Cartersville, newly built, and I love it. One of my friends who now owns a NACA home, she was going to an event and we were invited, and I went along with her and someone else, and I stayed for the workshop. It was very informative, and I was excited because someone like me could own a home, you know, and I started the same day. One thing I can say about the NACA process is you determine how quickly you get that qualification. So if you’re very, very avid about, you know, owning a home, you get everything that they ask you for, it goes within no time. Before you know it, I got everything I needed for my qualification. Another good thing about my experience with the program was that I was able to see my updates online. As soon as they updated my file, I was able to see what the next step would be. As a first-time home buyer, I had all these questions, and I was able to get the help that I needed. Natalie Kelly. She’s my counselor and my realtor, Samara, and the closing staff, Steve and Janee. So I felt like I could ask questions, Karen, as well. I could send an email, and I would get a call back. I would get an email back, and it gave me a peace of mind because as a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, but I felt safe with NACA. I felt like they had my best interest at heart.
