Sheehan – Double Size
My husband and I purchased the perfect home in February 2015 using the NACA home loan. We were able to use seller credits for closing costs to buy down our interest rate to an astounding 1.5%. With such a low interest rate and very low out of pocket costs, we were able to afford much more in home value that we would have with a traditional loan. We also had a very good experience working with the NACA St. Louis office. Our mortgage counselor was extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We were overall very satisfied with our home and our loan.
