NACA is a wonderful organization that allowed individuals the opportunity to buy a home with little to no money out of pocket. I was able to buy down my rate allowing me to get a house payment for the same as my rent.  My experience was bumpy at times, however, I am grateful to once again be a homeowner.  now my son has a yard and a place to play.  We can grow together as a family.
