(We feel) Great, exciting. Yeah, super excited. New chapter.  We have a duplex top and bottom in Chicago. The purchase price was $415k and the interest rate is 5.75% It means security, safety. We get to build a nursery for a new baby coming. And it just means great neighborhood, great schools. We can walk to a park, nice park that’s nearby. And it just means a brighter future. (NACA) provided a lot of counseling and gave me really good, honest advice. They guided me through each step of the way because this is completely new for me. We’ve never bought a house before. And it made home ownership a lot more accessible because we didn’t have to put down a down payment, which made a huge difference. Special thanks to Angela Beckham, our amazing realtor who worked with us so patiently. We finally did it. And also shout out to our counselor, Patricia Zarate, here at the NACA office, who gave us a lot of great, great, great counseling. And everybody at the NACA team, we couldn’t have done it without this wonderful team of people. Thank you so much. Yeah, we’re excited.
