Wow… I can’t believe today is the day.  I remember my first NACA meeting was a bit overwhelming… this paper, that document, this tax record.  It was a lot, but I knew I was in good hands because Mickie Thompson took the time ti explain everything to me.  Immediately after leaving the first meeting, I knew the process would be lengthy and it would require me to be diligent, responsible, pro-active, and organized.  Getting approved was no issue because I had my files and documents in order.  A person without patience, determination, and responsibility wouldn’t be a good candidate to be a NACA homeowner.  Once Mickie got me approved, I was out to the races to find perfect home.  Yikes!  Dallas market is hot, but finally I found the perfect home… 6 months later.  I don’t think I was get the same level of professionalism that Mickie demonstrated if I would’ve found a different financing opportunity.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help, Mickie.  You helped me make this possible.
