We are very grateful with NACA organization for the opportunity they give us, we were given hope were nobody was able to help plus the program they have it’s amazing: 0% down, 30 yr fixed, low interest rate and no closing cost, you can’t find something like that somewhere else additionally since our home wasn’t livable at time of purchase we were put in a program were we didn’t have to pay the first 6 months so we didn’t pay mortgage and rent somewhere else during repairs, that did really help.
We really appreciate all the help we got from all the teams involved in the process and highly recommend using NACA as your residential lender.
