My name is Jessica and I’m closing in Arkansas and my interest rate 5.5%  I feel magnificent.. I love it because it has new everything. New floors, new faucets, big backyard,  I’m a first time homeowner, so it really means a lot to me.  (My counselor) Mr. Bryan was really, really helpful. My family is very, very happy and excited for me becoming a homeowner. Okay. I would like to thank NACA and their incredible people here, Ms. Teela and Mr. Bryan and everybody else that helped me through the process. It’s not too good to be true as long as you go through all the stuff you need to get you qualified, you can become a homeowner too. Thank you so much.
