NACA is a great program for first time homebuyers such as ourselves!  They teach you how to budget your money in preparation for homeownership so that you can start that new chapter on the right foot.  Going through NACA also enabled us to buy down the interest rate on our home to 1.5%, leaving us with a very reasonable mortgage!
