The process of obtaining the qualification requires a lot of patience and hard work.  Also the process prepares you better than any program we have experienced because it helps you to prepare mentally and financially.  Saving and planning the expenses helps to budget expending better and making you conscious of how you can make the most of your mortgage as well as expenditures for the future.  Once you have an offer accepted it seems like it’s difficult but the counselors help you and try their best to keep on a timely basis to feed them all documents and LOE’s.  We believe that NACA is the best home buying program.
