We are very grateful to NACA for helping us become first time homeowners.  Thanks to NACA we were able to purchase a 4 unit property for $686,070 at a great interest rate with no money down.  Our agent Vania Rincon was really helpful and played an essential part in getting us through the program.  our mortgage counselor Maribel Barcenas was also super helpful.  She was really good at getting back to us on a timely manner and getting our paperwork processed.  We also want to give a special thanks to Villa for all her help.  Although the NACA process wasn’t easy with perseverance, patience and a lot of dedication it truly works.  Its is a great program that I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family to take advantage.  It is a long road but the reward is more worth it.
