Being in a field where customer service is prime,  working with Jamille was and is one of the most respectful and knowledgeable MCs NACA has employed.  Ernest from the HAND dept and Lydia, receptionist in Chicago Office, are some of the most beautiful people that I have had the opportunity to work with.  They were patient and respectful throughout the entire process.  Its a blessing to have had experiences being a prt of NACA and being engaged with people that truly care and embody that vision and mission of NACA.  I’m thankful and blessed for this opportunity and I hope they continue to empower the community with homeownership opportunities.
