We are very grateful with NACA for helping us become first time homeowners.  Thanks to NACA we also got a low interest rate.  Our agent and counselor were patient and didn’t feel like they were pushing you to get a property the whole experience was simple and they help me with financial decisions.  Then thanks to Maribel Barcenas for helping me.  Although the NACA process wasn’t easy with perseverance, patience, and a lot of dedication it truly works.  It is a great program that I have and will continue to recommend to my friends, family.  Thank you NACA!
