Hello, my name is Eric Pitts and I just closed up my house in Dallas, Texas, down on the south side in Oak Cliff. I got it for $290,000. I got a 5.1% interest rate and I’m very excited.  I heard about the program on YouTube and I saw they were talking about NACA and they were so excited. I had to figure out what were they talking about and I found out that I could take advantage of it. I think the best benefit is really just the way that they make sure that things are done a certain way. That framework does help in a way.  It’s very good. So that was probably the best part.
