First of all, it’s a beautiful house. I’m very excited. With the advantages through NACA it’s so much more affordable. I saved with not having to pay for closing costs and all. So that helped me significantly. If it wasn’t for that, I probably would have not been able to afford this house. Also with the interest rate that is lower, much lower, actually, than what is out there. So long term, I’m going to benefit a lot from that!
