It all started out with the first step of attending the NACA workshop with hundreds of other people wanting the big dream of owning my own home.  The workshop was great!!  Very informative, encouraging, and I walked out thinking hey these people really do want to help me own my own home!!  It’s not an easy task but if you are serious and I was they are willing to help you!!  The hardest part was getting all the paper work together for them…banking, pay stubs etc.  Once they had all that info it was quite easy!  Looking for a home and keeping them updated monthly on my finances.  It became a routine for me for a little while.  The area I was looking for didn’t have many homes for sale.  My counselor had patience with me and encouraged me all along the way…as well as the their realtor I used.  She was wonderful and was there above and beyond!!  I had a great experience with NACA and recommend them all the time to strangers I meet out and about!!  If you have a dream of homeownership and your willing to put a little work into getting it…NACA is the place for you!!  It was for my girls and I.
