In June 2016 we were approved for our NACA home loan, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled. It took about 1 year to go through the process from the initial seminar to the date of approval and our experience was very positive. We had a great counselor, Mickie Thompson, that was always helpful and thorough in explaining the documents we would need in order to help us get as close to an approval as possible. I would definitely recommend the NACA program to anyone interested in the home buying process. It doesn’t get any better than low interest rates, no down payment and no closing costs!
