Thank you NACA for creating the Best in America Mortgage program!  By going through the process and getting a real handle of my finances and affordability I became a homeowner with great confidence that I have a home that I can afford.  As the single largest investment of my life, the program has led me down a path where owning a home will be an asset that will secure my future.  Having gone through the recession and housing bubble, we’ve been exposed to the dangers of taking on too much debt and the dangers of mortgage industry bad practices.  The programs and education provided by NACA should be implemented en masse to the lending industry at large to help consumers understand and relate to realistic financial management for what to most will be their largest investment.  I am glad I purchased using NACA’s program and hope that everyone who can should empower themselves with such valuable knowledge.
