Three years ago I started the process of purchasing my house.  I applied to 5 lenders and they each rejected my application just for a simple reason: I did not have two years of income records.  When I was about to give up, one of my friends told me about NACA and I immediately researched online and I registered for a workshop which was the first step to get to my dream to come true.  Through NACA I got many advantages such as: no closing costs, guidance throughout the mortgage process, no 2 years of income record, no down payment, etc, etc.  And even though it has been a long way to closing, its really worth it because not only was I able to reduce my monthly expenses, but also on the payment for my home.  Thank you to all the NACA staff for such a great job!
