I just closed for a four-unit property in Tower Grove South neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. I think that the NACA program was a great program for me because now I’m kind of like a business owner because I closed on a four-unit property. And my plan is to rent out three and live in one. And the rents that I accumulate for three of them would be paying all of my mortgage. My mortgage is $4,317 and my rents are going to cover my whole mortgage. So I’ll be living rent-free. So I was excited to get started with NACA. And I’m excited to close. So I appreciate the NACA program for what it’s done. I recommend it to family members and friends. I have a couple of friends and family members joining the program as well. So I’m just extremely grateful for this opportunity.
