I was referred to NACA by a friend of mine who was getting ready to go through the program. I attended the orientation workshop and immediately set up my first appointment with Deon Davis. Deon was a joy to work with, is very knowledgeable, and I can tell that he really enjoys what he does. He walked me through this entire process and kept me on task for all of my action items. After completing all of my action items I was qualified. NACA provided me with a list of qualified realtors and I chose to work with Tracy Spencer. Tracy was a pleasure to work with as well because he had worked with NACA several times before and was very knowledgeable of how the process worked. I eventually found my dream home and the offer was accepted. I was able to purchase my first home with a 2.6% fixed interest rate for 30 years! Although this process was very tedious, I have recommended it to a close friend of mine and will continue to recommend it to others. It’s all well worth it! Thank you NACA!
