We could not say enough good things about buying our first home through NACA. We would like to thank our counselor Luis Mejia for being a buffer between us and the bank in order to make the process smooth. The total time between our first appointment and the time of closing was in fact very ideal, if not great! The documents requested by the bank were very reasonable, and NACA delivers on the fact that buying a house can be truly affordable.  After we got married, we rented an apartment and always thought of buying a house but later on in life because sometimes we consider this major milestone something too hard to achieve. Fortunately, we were referred by my mom who also bought her house through NACA and before our second wedding anniversary, at the ages of 27 and 24, we are proud homeowners. We are immensely thankful for this program, the staff, and everyone involved in all the incentives, assistance and resources NACA provides to us all. We look forward to sharing our great experience with others. If you are reading this, wondering if you can, we will just say this: The time is now!
