Hi, We love NACA. It was an amazing experience. It was worth it with zero, like, zero down. No closing costs and no fees, no PMI. It was totally worth it. It was probably like the best chance that we had to get into a house. And we found a four bedroom house,  two and a half baths. Our monthly payment is going to be $2,605. Totally perfect.
