We bought our home in Durham, North Carolina, and our interest rate was 5.25%. Our monthly mortgage payment is $2,652.  We are excited as a family. This is our first home. We want to thank NACA for giving us this opportunity to have our first home. We also want to thank our Real Estate Agents, Donato, for going above and beyond. And we also want to thank Nija, our counselor. She did an amazing job. So we are so grateful to NACA and the people that we worked with. Our kids are excited. They can’t wait. We did a walk-through yesterday, and everyone was trying to pick up space in bedrooms. So they are so excited.   Thank you.
