I began my NACA journey with a workshop in February 2016. My consultation with NACA representative was in May 2016 and I closed on my new home in September 2016. I am very thankful for the NACA program. I was reluctant to attend the workshop. I did not think it would help me. I was not at the time thinking about purchasing a home, but my niece encouraged me to attend the workshop. I am so grateful that I did. My realtor was very impressed with the program. She was not familiar with NACA and now she is a believer. My realtor stated this was the quickest process and efficient program. She stated she will now refer her clients to NACA. I am enjoying my new home, the location and the size of the house. I cannot always believe it that I am now a home owner. With NACA’s program I was able to purchase a home with a 2.25% interest rate, So, I was able to afford this 1800 square feet house and only pay $10 more than what I was paying in rent. I have already recommended NACA to my family members and church members. I look forward to the future in my new home. Thanks NACA!!!!!!!
