Although it was a bit of a process, I was blessed with the most caring mortgage consultant and realtor.  They have been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.  I have gone through some life changes that delayed the process and they both have been willing and ready to make the necessary concessions.  I was able to close with an interest rate of 2.937%, which is amazing.  The savings as compared to a higher rate is paramount.  Thanks NACA for having a program that is catered to those of us that are in the median in regards to income and credit.  We are thankful to have such a tool to help get those keys in hand.
