I am very pleased and happy with my new home, if it had not been for NACA this would not have happened.  The program is fantastic and well worth the time it takes to get through the process.  NACA is trying to help so many people get into a home the clients must also do their part and be very diligent in the process.

My process, from what I heard, was very quick due to the fact I was diligent, kept in constant contact with my NACA representative and when NACA needed any documentation I immediately got it and sent it the same day, sometimes within minutes.  If you do not do your part to help the process along it may be frustrating, take my advice:  Do the work to get all documentation to NACA immediately, keep in constant contact and the squeaky wheel get the grease.
