Monger – Double Wide

I started paying apartment rent in 2012 in an amount of $675. It went increasing every year. If I had to sign contract for one more year than, by now, I could be paying $830 a month. It was hard for me to believe when I heard about no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, no income limit, no need for perfect credit! through NACA. Now, I am paying $604.89 instead of $850 monthly, which is only because of NACA.
Many of my relatives and friends purchased home from other Mortgage Companies and I compared NACA Mortgage with them. Comparatively NACA is amazing!!! One of my friend purchased a home of $135000 with a down-payment of $42000. His current mortgage payment is $677 out of which $309.45 is monthly interest. Principle amount he pays monthly is only $143.71. Whereas, my monthly principle payment is $363.
