Approximately a year and 3 months ago, my daughter went searching online because she knew about my desire to buy a home.  Although I had been saving, I did not have enough deposit for a home (20%).  I didn’t want to be house rich and money poor by giving all my savings towards the purchase of a home.  Well low and behold my daughter found information on NACA.  We went to the workshop on October 15 and met with our counselor multiple times.  I learned how to better manage my finances which helped my credit ratings.  Although credit rating is not important, I was skeptical at first about concerned sharing all my personal information.  Through time I became comfortable with the process.  Everyone at NACA has been a huge support.  NACA makes buying a home less worrisome.
