“Patience is a virtue”.  That is what I told you myself throughout the home buying process.  The patience has paid off.  I was able to purchase as beautiful house in a great neighborhood.  As a single parent, I never thought I would be able to purchase a house without having a dream payment.  not only was I able to purchase a home without a down payment, but also with a great interest rate (2.857%).  I am excited for the future and thankful for the program.
