My name is Latoya. I’m here today in the NACA office in Atlanta. I’m here today to close on my home. I’m a first time home buyer. I purchased my home in Jonesboro. I would like to take the time and not only thank NACA, but encourage you all to remain steadfast in your home on a journey. I would like to thank Kim, who guided me through the process for the very beginning, Cassandra, who was my wonderful, wonderful, amazing realtor, who gave me the motivation to keep going, looking for homes, shopping for homes, as well as maneuvering my way to choosing and deciphering the interest rate.
