The NACA Program has given me the opportunity to purchase a home for hundreds less per month than rent.  The peace of mind from being a homeowner is a great relief on financial strain and mental well being.  I can raise my family in a home environment with no neighbors to intrude or cause disruptions.  I can start a garden and work on my projects at my leisure because now I will have the space to complete them.  This will be like starting a new chapter in my life.  Actually I probably can start a new book.
