My name is Subrenia I close today. My interest rate is 5.25%  I feel lovely, God is good. I feel blessed. And I never thought I’d be a home owner.  I never owned a home. It is mine.  The best part (of this process) is my NACA family. Are you going to be paying less for your mortgage than you paid in rent? If so, how does that feel? I will be paying more, but it still feel good. Okay. Because I own my own house. Yeah!  (I would like to thank) My counselor, my beloved counselor, Brian, my realtor, my whole NACA family. I feel good about the home, and I thank God. I give God all the glory and all the praise. And I thank God for NACA to continue to help people get homes. Thank you.  Yay!
