We have a new construction home. It’s four bedrooms two and a half bath. The kitchen is great. It’s beautiful. Our Interes rate is extremely low. We actually have it at 3% It started at 3.1%, and we were able to buy it down a percentage point. So we have the 3% interest rate. Is worth it. Just be patient. This work is worth it.
