I highly recommend the NACA process for anyone buying a home for the 1st time.  NACA Stuff Mickie Thompson walked me step by step getting all my documents together. My advise to anyone is to have all the documents asked for ready at all you appointments and you will be on your way to owning your 1st home.  I used the in-house realtor Antonio and he was awesome.  He not only shows you houses on your list but he understands your needs as a client and makes good recommendations on other listings in the area.  I am excited to have closed with a low interest rate of 2.85% on a $150,000 Mortgage making my payments $1070.00 which is way less than what I would pay in an apartment.
