NACA is great program.  My experience through this process was long and tiring, but Anna Dalta and Cameron Stearns have helped guide me through the whole way.  It took me 2 years from start to end, but that was because of problems unforeseen, like credit mixed up, for which I had to clear up.  Another issue I ran into was the bank decided to deny my loan two days befoer my escrow closes because they did not like the collateral.  Anna Datta, Cameron Stearns, and Erick Exum went above and beyond to help me fight with the bank and won the decisions.  In the end, I was able to get my new house in Fullerton, with an interest rate of 1.3%, no closing cost, and 30 years fixed rate.  the end result made my whole journey worth traveling.  I would recommend new members to have faith, be patient, work with NACA agent as a team, and just focus on the big picture.  the end will make any journey worth traveling!
