LET’S FACE IT: My (now) wife and I were sick and tired of paying rent every month, and having absolutely nothing to show for it.  My brother went through the NACA process about a year before, and told us to check it out.  From the first workshop, I was convinced we were going to complete the whole process.  So here I sit.  A new husband, a soon to be father (in Dec.), and two hours away from creating a home… Its going to be a great year.
