I heard about the NACA program in June of 2015. I attended the orientation meeting in July and Voila! One year later I was a homeowner! There were bumps along the way, but they were addressed and I achieved my ultimate goal of owning a home in the area where I wanted to retire. NACA is a good idea and a good program.
