Through the NACA’s first-time homebuyers program, I had the ability to be able to purchase my first property. With NACA, the great thing about it, you have the option to even purchase a single-family dwelling or a multi-family dwelling. I happen to purchase a four-plex, and I was totally excited at the price I received, which, with the negotiations of my real estate agent, got a price at $810,000, along with my counselor Sharon. She was just so helpful and intricate in getting me the process done and working my documentation. I would recommend anybody to try this program if you are a renter to become a homebuyer. So this program really assisted me. I was renting and paying close to $3,000, and so the same amount that I was paying in rent, now I’m paying as a homebuyer with a couple tenants attached to the property. So income property, I would recommend, is always the way to go. Sharon Bogney was the best. She worked my paperwork. She got it through the process. There is a process, and you have to be patient with the process in order to get to where you’re trying to go. So I recommend everyone to please stay with the process. NACA is real.
