I was referred to NACA for first time home owner.  The initial workshop is great, everything you wanted to know/ needed to know was provided.  Members who purchased homes through NACA gave testimonies for low interest rates.  Your mortgage consultant works with you every step of the way.  Any questions they always have answers.  The tough part is the budgeting.  you learn to spend for what you need versus what you want.  Both real estate agent and mortgage consultant answers in timely fashion and help/walk you through every step of the way.  Very little out of pocket funds, low interest rates.  Since entering membership I have learned to save money.
