My name is Bethany Johnson.  I started this program in January 2016.  Al and Ruth were wonderful to work with!  The response time was great regarding emails and phone calls.  At the corporate office would also step in when needed.  Definitely would recommend buying down interest rate as much as possible!  I got mine to 2% much appreciation for the NACA program to have caught my attention.  (Internet Search)  No more renting!
