Working with NACA has allowed me to become a homeowner in a market I thought I would never be able to get into because of high prices and investors with cash to spare.  With the option to buy-down the interest rate and fund repairs, I was able to find a fixer upper at a great price that I would not otherwise have had the funds to repair.  The process was long and took many turns along the way, but it also taught me to be an advocate for myself and my housing needs.  In the end I am happy to have a home to call my own and I am proud of what I have accomplished in partnership with NACA.
